2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high order volume, a slight delay may occur; we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 9-14 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.


4. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and the destination.


5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes AutoBitStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


7. Damages and Lost Items If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@autobitstore.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


8. Address Accuracy The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. AutoBitStore is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
