RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with AutoBitStore! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility & Process To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of the issue, such as clear photos or a detailed explanation. The decision on whether a return is approved—and how it will be processed—will be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Returns are only processed for valid claims, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.
2. Return Shipping Costs In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Whether the customer bears this cost depends on the nature of the return and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
3. No-Return Refund Policy If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. There is no need to send the product back unless we specifically request it. This is to ensure a faster resolution for our customers.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@autobitstore.com. Clear evidence (photos/videos) is required to process these requests.
5. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

6. European Union 30-Day Withdrawal Period If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days for any reason, without justification. The same evidence requirements for product condition still apply.
7. Refund Process Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
