How long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide from our supplier network. Typical delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add a few extra days. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@autobitstore.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@autobitstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.


🚗 Products & Compatibility

Are your products compatible with my vehicle?

Most of our accessories are universal and fit the majority of vehicles. Product pages include specific compatibility notes where applicable. If you're unsure, email us your vehicle make, model, and year and we'll confirm compatibility.

Are your dash cams compatible with both Android and iOS?

Our dash cams record independently and do not require a smartphone. However, models with app connectivity support both Android and iOS — this is noted on each product page.

Do your OBD2 scanners work with all car brands?

Our OBD2 tools are compatible with all petrol and diesel vehicles manufactured after 2001 (EU) and 1996 (US) that use the standard OBD2 port. Some advanced functions may vary by vehicle brand.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes. All AutoBits products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at info@autobitstore.com.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For UK customers, most orders are fulfilled without additional customs charges. International customers may be subject to local import duties depending on their country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
